Skyway Race

Skyway race was sweet. Dropped a chain 100m into my first run, that was lame. Got all sideways by US Bank and rode it out. I was the fastest one through that turn according to Gene. Rad. Second run went much better, no mechanical failures and fast enough to put me in fourth for a new Oakley backpack. Not too bad for a race I didn't have to pay entry fee for.

I feel a little bad for all the punk kids who showed up on their huckin bikes. Screech probably put it best when he said: "All these kids are lookin at the Rollo like we're underprepaired. They have no idea. We're overprepared." Thanks for Sa-wan-a-yea-ing Screech.

After the party at the afterparty was pretty sweet too. Free appetizers, and since the chick from the Daily gave me her drink tickets I sipped Guinness all night on Red Bull's tab. Excellent.

As Otree suggested I'm probably going to have to write Bianchi a letter and see if they'll start a factory Rollo team. Until then I'm just going to start telling people that it does in fact exist. And I'm on it.
