Road Ride

Yesterday Maria and I headed out to ride to Lindstrom for a family function and back. i thought Lindstrom was about 35 miles away. We got a late start. Lindstrom is 50 miles away. We made it to the function, but I was exhausted. 50miles is the longest road ride I've done probably since road racing with the U 3 years ago. I've still never done a century. For a while I was feeling pretty good, and I thought this might be the day, but no dice. It was a beautiful day, with temps in the low 50's and we stopped at this historical marker:

We got a ride home and ate pizza and wings from Luce. It was a good day
