My favorite graffiti

I've been riding past this graffiti for a long time, and I finally took a picture of it on my way to the HFF. Now I'm finally immortalizing it in a blog post for the whole world to see.

Energy Park and Raymond.

I can't help but chuckle every time I see it. I'd like to know the story behind that single blue line.
