thank god for thumbnails

I came within 1/16 of an inch of having about 100 stitches in my left thumb thanks to a freak drillpress accident this afternoon. the bit caught the metal bracket i was working on and whpped that sum bitch around fast enough to punch a hole clear through my damn thumbnail. doesn't look like much now, but had that thumbnail not been there i'd probably still be waiting at the emergency room.

Friday night fish fry as per usual, went to the bdale club this week. it was pretty much like driving 2 minutes to northern wisconsin. a wisco native even said so. drunk old chicks with their whole extended families, eating fish, smokin, drinking heavily, playin pull tabs, yelling, swearing. the whole 8 yards. funny religion where on friday nights you can get down like that at 6pm, but god forbid you eat a half a steak.

lone wolf tonight, so i'm off to zipps to pick out an extra classy 6 pack to go with my film and i'm gonna sack out in the ass groove i've been working into my chair for the last 5 months.
